Carroll city officials have activated a snow ordinance for the removal and clearance of snow from city streets. City code requires that all vehicles be removed from on-street parking so plows can safely remove snow. Cars left on city streets violate the regulation and may be impounded with the cost of towing, storage, and fine assessed to owners.
