The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has department updates, special election results, and a public hearing on their agenda for Monday’s regularly scheduled meeting. The supervisor’s agenda includes secondary road updates, approving payables, manure management annual updates, and more. The board will also canvas results from the IKM-Manning revenue bond that was on a special election ballot earlier this week. Unofficial results indicate the bond passed in Carroll County, with 94 percent of voters in favor. A public hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. during Monday’s meeting for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 budget amendments. Finally, the supervisors will round out the meeting by setting a public hearing for the FY24 proposed property tax levy and committee reports.
