Greene County residents are invited to provide feedback to help county officials as they develop the 2023 Community Health Assessment. The 12-question survey collects general demographic information and gauges public opinion on the most pressing health concerns that the county faces. The questionnaire takes less than 15 minutes to complete and will shape public health priorities for years to come. Online forms can be submitted using the link included with this story on our website, or paper forms can be picked up from the Greene County Public Health office at 1000 W. Lincoln Way in Jefferson. Responses will be accepted through Saturday, April 15.
