The Sac County Sheriff’s Office reports felony sex abuse charges were filed yesterday (Tuesday) in Sac County District Court against a Lake View man. According to law enforcement, 46-year-old William Gerard Biller Jr. was arrested after investigators alleged multiple sexual assaults at a home in Early in 2015. The juvenile female victim reported the incidents to authorities in August 2022. Authorities say the victim identified Biller as her attacker, and he is charged with three counts of third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony, three counts of lascivious acts with a child, a class D felony, and one count of indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor. According to Sac County Sheriff Ken McClure, Biller had been aware of the investigation and voluntarily surrendered himself to law enforcement. He is being held at the Sac County jail without bond. If convicted, Biller faces up to 47 years in prison.
