A Carroll woman is the latest local winner from the Iowa Lottery after claiming $10,000 on a scratch game. Crystal Fletcher won the 61st prize in the lottery’s $100,000 mega crossword scratch game. The winning ticket was purchased at Kimmes Carroll Country Store at 422 West 6th Street in Carroll. She claimed her prize Tuesday at the lottery’s Storm Lake regional office. The mega crossword game is a $10 scratch game that features overall odds of 1 in 3.30
