The Carroll Merchants are gearing up for their second season in the M.I.N.K League, with new ticket options now available for the upcoming season. The M.I.N.K consists of nine teams, seven from Missouri and two from Iowa. According to General Manager Chris Whitaker, fans can expect far more fan engagement with the Merchants this summer.
One of the largest challenges each summer for the Merchants does not occur on the baseball field. It is finding homes and families for the players to stay with during the season. Whitaker says they still have a need for hosts.
Individuals interested in being host families can visit the link included with this story on our website. Ticket packages for the 2023 season opened over a week ago, and Whitaker adds there is a new option for fans when they are looking to purchase tickets.
A local business in the community sponsors each home game, and Whitaker says they still have some home games available.
