Iowa State University (ISU) Extension and Outreach invites community members to join them later this week in Glidden to learn how to keep the tastes of summer year-round. The educational program will be hosted at the Glidden United Methodist Church on Thursday, May 11, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Attendees will learn safe methods to preserve jams and dehydrate food. The program is open to the public, but pre-registration is required for $40 per person.
