Registration is now open for Carroll County Iowa State University (ISU) Extension and Outreach babysitting course, which will be held next month. The event will be on June 8th and 9th, and participants can choose either the 9:00 a.m. to noon session or the 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. session. The informational program will be held at the Carroll County ISU Extension office. Only 15 spots will be available for each time slot. The event will cover topics in many areas, such as safety, first aid and CPR, Nutrition, child development, and more. Pre-registration is required for the event and costs $40 per person. Money raised is used to offset expenses for the program and support the 4-H Youth Development for Carroll County Program.
