A detour route for motorists in Audubon County along F32 is effective beginning today (Wednesday). An approximately seven-mile stretch of roadway between Bluebird Avenue and U.S. Highway 71 northwest of Audubon will be closed to thru-traffic for roughly nine weeks while crews are on-site for resurfacing work. The 15-mile detour route navigates around the construction area via Bluebird Avenue, 150th Street, and Highway 71. Residents along the planned closure area will still have access to their properties during the project, but all other traffic will be diverted.
