Carroll County Conservation will head to the Manning Public Library for an education program next week. The event is about frogs and will occur on Wednesday, May 31. There are two different programs designed around separate age groups. The first program begins at 10:30 a.m. and is intended for children in first through third grade. The second event starts at 2:30 p.m. for kids in preschool through kindergarten. The event is open to the public and free to participants.
