Tomorrow (Saturday) marks the return of Lake View’s popular Stone Pier Summer Concert Series on the shores of Black Hawk Lake. Beginning at 6 p.m., PetRock takes the stage on the lake’s western shore in Town Bay, just south of Speaker Park. The concert is free for attendees, thanks to generous sponsorships from local businesses, and attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, food, and beverages to the show. Food will be available for purchase from the Lake View Fire Department’s Burger Boat. Including Saturday’s performance, four shows are planned this summer. Dustbowl Revival and J & the Causeways take the stage at 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, McKinley James with the Ronley King Blues Band and Buckmiller/Schwager on Saturday, Aug. 5, and Tanner Usrey with Kendall Marvel on Sunday, Sept. 3.
