Work began this (Monday) morning on a scheduled bridge replacement on Swift Avenue in southeast Audubon County. According to the Audubon County Secondary Roads Department, crews are currently working on the crossing spanning an unnamed creek between 280th and 290th Streets. The mile-long stretch of road will be closed to thru-traffic until the project’s completion, which is tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 31. Motorists are asked to find alternate routes while construction is underway.
