A vehicle is considered a total loss this (Tuesday) morning following a fire in the parking lot of the Pine Valley Apartment complex in Carroll. The Carroll Fire Department was dispatched at approximately 9:52 a.m. to the 700 block of Granada Road to a report of a small pickup completely engulfed in flames. No injuries have been reported, and it is unclear at this time what started the blaze. Carroll Broadcasting will bring you more information as official reports become available.
