Graveside service for Kregg C. Frank, age 73, of Lake View, Iowa, will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the Wall Lake Cemetery. Mr. Frank passed away Friday, July 14, 2023, at the Black Hawk Life Care Center in Lake View. The Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Lake View is in charge of the arrangements.
