Governor Kim Reynolds has appointed Ashley Beisch as the new district associate judge for Judicial Election District 2B. Beisch has served as the Assistant Webster County Attorney since 2022. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Drake University in Des Moines. Beisch’s appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of District Associate Judge James Malloy. Iowa Judicial District 2B includes Boone, Calhoun, Carroll, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Humboldt, Marshall, Pocahontas, Sac, Story, Webster, and Wright counties.
