Team registration is still available for this weekend’s second annual 14″ Softball Co-Ed Tournament, hosted by WP Trucking and St. Anthony Hospice. On Sunday, Aug. 20, the tournament starts with the first pitch at 9 am. Gather your team of five men and five women and take part in this fundraiser tournament with an entry fee of $100. WP Trucking Owner and event organizer, Wes Pudenz, says, “I am excited to partner with St. Anthony again this year and to help benefit St. Anthony Hospice. It is a great event that allows people to have fun while supporting a great cause!” Games will be played at the Carroll Slow Pitch Softball Field, and there are currently six teams registered. The top two finishers will receive payouts, and participants and fans can also enjoy a 50/50 raffle. Register your team or get questions answered by contacting Wes Pudenz at 712-830-4431.
