Carroll graduate donates cache of memorabilia from 1920’s

1992 Carroll High School graduate, Al Short, came across an otherwise forgotten trunk in his relative’s attic that contained a treasury of Carroll High memorabilia. He called the school to inquire if they wanted the trunk and its contents. Principal Kourtney Abbotts said the list of artifacts is incredible.

Abbott’s said the High School is happy to have the items and that the larger ones will have a special home.

The School Board unanimously agreed to officially take receipt of the objects dating from the roaring 20’s through the Great Depression.
