The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has a short agenda planned for Monday’s meeting. The supervisors convene at 9 a.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room at the courthouse. They open with a quick consideration of a retail alcohol license for Cloud Wine, LLC, and plat approvals. The main item on the agenda is a presentation at 9:30 a.m. from Iowa Negotiations & Consulting Services. The supervisors have been discussing updates to the county’s human resources system, and one of the available options is to contract with an outside firm. Another option would be to hire a full-time human resources representative. The only other items on the Oct. 2 agenda are manure management annual updates and reports from committees.
