A Carroll man was taken into custody Friday on burglary and theft charges after officials recovered stolen goods while executing a search warrant. According to the Carroll Police Department, 39-year-old Allen Lee Brayman is charged with second-degree theft, a class D felony, and two counts of third-degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor, in connection to a reported Oct. 20 incident. Authorities allege Brayman entered the victim’s enclosed trailer and stole numerous items from the interior. Those items were located in Brayman’s possession after law enforcement executed a search warrant on Friday morning in the 300 block of N. Crawford Street. As of Monday morning, Brayman remained in custody at the Carroll County jail. Authorities note additional charges are pending as the investigation continues.
