Carroll PD Arrests Second Suspect In Connection To Recent Thefts

Heather-Annmarie-Collins

The Carroll Police Department reports a Carroll woman has been taken into custody in connection to a recent string of burglaries and thefts in the community. Authorities say 33-year-old Heather Annmarie Collins was arrested Friday for second-degree theft, a class D felony. The charge stems from an investigation into multiple theft cases opened between Sept. 27 and Oct. 20. A search warrant executed last week found Collins, as well as a second suspect, 39-year-old Allen Lee Brayman of Carroll, was in possession of materials that had been reported stolen from storage units and an equipment trailer. Brayman is charged with second-degree theft and three counts of second-offense third-degree burglary, class D felonies, and third-degree theft, an aggravated misdemeanor. Brayman, who is currently on parole from a prior conviction, is being held in the Carroll County jail without bond. Collins was booked and released on her own recognizance after appearing before a magistrate.
