Today (Monday) marks the beginning of a culvert repair project on Highway 30 between Carroll and Glidden that is expected to cause noticeable delays for motorists traveling that stretch of roadway. Crews were scheduled to begin work on the damaged culvert at 7 a.m. this morning. Due to the nature of the construction, the road will be impassible to thru traffic, and a detour route has been established. Vehicles will be diverted north on Timber Avenue in Glidden, west on 160th Street to Lidderdale, and back south to the highway via Quail Avenue.
