Carroll Recreation Center staff have announced portions of the facility that have been closed for months due to construction will reopen next week. Beginning Monday, Nov. 13, the weight room and pool at the Rec Center will be available for members to use. Other areas are incomplete, however, as work in the gymnasium isn’t expected to be finished until mid-December. Construction also continues in the men’s locker room, so patrons will still utilize temporary locker rooms in the facility until substantial completion, scheduled for the beginning of February.
