Campaign staff for GOP presidential candidate and South Carolina Senator Tim Scott has postponed scheduled stops in Carroll and Jefferson today (Friday) due to an unexpected illness. Scott had been scheduled to appear in Carroll Friday morning and in Jefferson Friday afternoon, but staff says an unfortunate case of the flu nixed those plans. He is tentatively planning to return to Iowa next week.
