The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will continue with Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 budget requests at their meeting next week. The board convenes at 9 a.m. at the Conservation Education Center at Swan Lake State Park on Monday, Nov. 27. They open with the FY25 ask from the Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault. This is followed by the 14th draw of the budget year from the county’s down payment assistance program. The only other items of note on Monday’s agenda are proposed change requests for the courthouse HVAC improvements and interior renovation project. These include unexpected issues in the building’s electrical and communications components, upgrades to the first-floor infrastructure, automatic door openers, and power issues with the garage heater.
