The Carroll Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident yesterday (Thursday) afternoon. According to authorities, a pedestrian was struck by a dark-colored SUV driven by a female at the intersection of Bluff and Main Streets at approximately 3:36 p.m. Officials say the driver spoke with the victim after the incident, but she left the scene before officers arrived. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries and was transported to St. Anthony Regional Hospital by private vehicle for treatment.
