The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) is holding its Dec. Board of Education meeting tomorrow (Dec 21). On the agenda, a Transition Alliance Program (TAP) presentation will allow the board to receive more information on TAP’s services for Carroll students. Superintendent Dr. Casey Berlau says the program is something new that the CCSD is trying out this year, and this is to give the board an update on how the program has gone so far.
