The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will meet a day later than usual next week due to the Christmas holiday. The Tuesday, Dec. 26 meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the Conservation Education Center in Swan Lake State Park. The agenda includes a Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funding request from the Carroll County Historical Society, an FY24 appropriations resolution, and reports from the Secondary Roads Department. The primary item of note for Tuesday is the receipt of the initial proposal from the Carroll County Emergency Medical Services employee union for the start of FY25 negotiations.
