Concepcion Muriel Vargas, age 80, of Carroll, Iowa, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023 at her residence. Funeral services will be held in Puerto Rico. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll.
