St Anthony Regional Hospital had a busy year bringing new life into the world. Director of the BirthPlace, Ginny Uhlenkamp, reflects on the number of babies born in the unit.
The BirthPlace delivered babies throughout the year, but Uhlenkamp recalls the busiest day.
While no records were set, Uhlenkamp says the babies born were a variety of sizes.
Uhlenkamp says the BirthPlace not only serves Carroll and the surrounding counties, but some parents came from about 2 hours away to deliver at St Anthony.
Uhlenkamp says among the babies born at St Anthony BirthPlace, the top names that were chosen for the boys and the girls.
Uhlenkamp and the St. Anthony BirthPlace staff thank the parents who decided to have their experience there in 2023 and look forward to all the future babies of 2024.
