A Retirement Reception Is Being Held This Week To Honor Templeton’s Retiring City Clerk

The City of Templeton is inviting community members to a retirement reception for long-serving city clerk, Rhonda Schwaller. Schwaller was appointed city clerk back in 2001, and has been a vital asset for the growth of Templeton. City’s major Ken Behrens says he has been working alongside Schwaller since the beginning of her term.

The reception will be held this Friday, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Templeton Center. Behrens says a night worth celebrating for a hard-working individual.

The City of Templeton has sworn in the next city clerk at their meeting earlier this month. A Templeton local, Nicole Kathol, has been training alongside Schwaller for months and will officially take over the position. Behrens says he knows Kathol will be a great fit for Templeton.

Again, Rhonda Schwaller’s retirement reception is being held this Friday, at the Templeton Center from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
