The Wound Care Clinic at Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) has been recognized for its outstanding patient care with the Clinical Distinction and Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Awards. Restorix Health, a wound care company specializing in training, education, and medical supplies, presented the honors. MRHC provider Dr. Thang Luong says, “The Wound Care Clinic is proud to be recognized again for not only its dedication to healing but also its dedication to patient satisfaction. Simultaneously, the Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Award commends the clinic for exceeding a national patient satisfaction benchmark of 96%. This marks the fifth time the MRHC Wound Care Clinic has secured both distinctions, complementing a Center of Excellence Award in 2019.
