The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will continue with Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 budget preparations during Monday’s meeting. The supervisors convene at 9 a.m. in the Conservation Education Center at Swan Lake State Park and open with a report from County Engineer Zac Andersen regarding utility permits submitted to the Secondary Roads Department. A public hearing will be held around 9:30 a.m. to discuss a budget amendment for FY 24. The board will then review proposed departmental budgets for FY25, including the Carroll County Attorney’s Office, County Recorder’s Office, IT Department, County Sheriff’s Office, County Treasurer’s Office, County Auditor’s Office, and Carroll County Ambulance Department. The only other items of business on the Monday, Feb. 12 agenda are a quarterly report from IT Director Dalton Morrison and committee reports.
