Whiterock Conservancy in Coon Rapids regrettably had to postpone the Sled Building Contest and Race that was scheduled for this weekend. With no snow on the ground and little to no predicted in the forecast, along with the forecasted 30 MPH winds and zero-degree windchill values, the event would be unable to occur safely. The organization cannot give a specific date to which they will be able to reschedule, all depending on how the weather cooperates.
