Two Local Organizations Recently Recieved Funding From The Aureon Charity Grant Program Through Western Iowa Networks

The Carroll Area Child Care Center and Preschool (CACCCP) and the City of Westside were the recent recipients of a grant from Aureon Charity Grant Program, offered through Western Iowa Networks (WIN). The grant is eligible to non-profit agencies, assisting with funds for a specific project aided for the organization’s community, which is served by Aureon participating telecommunications companies. WIN CEO Jeff Roiland and Aureon Marketing Representative JD Siebert presented the check in the amount of $250 to CACCCP for the specific padding needed to be placed underneath the new infant and toddler playground equipment to follow regulations and to ensure safety of the children. The thicker outdoor flooring was the final piece to complete the playground, and CACCCP director Keely Fara says the new equipment will be installed in the next few months once the weather starts to warm up. The City of Westside was presented with a check in the amount of $500 to help the city purchase new equipment for the newly constructed shelter house located at Hoffman Park. Other non-profit organizations that are served by WIN interested in receiving any funding through Aureon Charity Grant Program are asked to reach out to WIN to get the process started or to fill out an application online. A link to the application has been included below.
