U.S. Senator Joni Ernst, Ranking Member of the Senate Small Business Committee, has named Martin Hildreth Company of Calhoun County as her Small Business of the Week. The Hildreth family, leading Martin Hildreth Company through three generations, has been a stalwart family-owned-and-operated business since its founding in Rockwell City in 1954. The Hildreth family actively participates in community initiatives, including wrestling, Calhoun County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC), and many others. Ernst says, “With its three generations of family leadership, Martin Hildreth Company exemplifies what it means to be a family-owned-and-operated business.
