The Carroll County Fraud Coalition (CCFC) is inviting businesses and organizations to the second county-wide meeting this Thursday to fight against fraud targeting residents in Carroll County. This meeting is used as an education and prevention tool to generate awareness by discussing current fraud schemes and ways business owners and organization leaders can educate the community on how to prevent it from continuing to happen. This event will be held in the conference room of the Carroll Public Library from 12:00 p.m. to 1 p.m. with refreshments provided by Availa Bank. With the location of the meeting being at the library, CCFC is asking those interested in attending to RSVP due to space limitations.
