Chris Smith age 63 of Lake City, Iowa passed away at UnityPointe Trinity Regional Medical Center on Tuesday afternoon. The Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m., Monday at the St. Mary Catholic Church in Lake City, Iowa with burial in the Lake City Cemetery.
The Visitation will be from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., Sunday at the Lampe & Powers Funeral Home in Lake City Iowa with a 5:00 Vigil Service.
