This weekend, the Carroll County Conservation Board (CCCB) is hosting the second annual Naturally Stem Festival at Swan Lake State Park Education Center. Several activities are planned for participants, and Environmental Education Coordinator Kristen Bieret says the event will be slightly different from previous Earth Day activities.

The festival this weekend will be a come-and-go event with no registration required. Participants can show up anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to engage in the multiple activities that will be offered. Bieret says the activities are geared towards elementary-age students, but everyone is welcome to come and participate.

Bieret says the Carroll County Conservation team has put a lot of hard work into the festival, and they all look forward to putting on this event again for the Carroll community.

Again, the Carroll County Conservation Naturally STEM Festival is this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event is a come-and-go event and is free to the public.
