The Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission is seeking public input on the latest iteration of the county’s comprehensive plan. The 100-page document will serve as the county’s roadmap for officials, from housing and culture to transportation and infrastructure. The comprehensive plan also establishes regulations for potential land use that officials will use when considering proposed zoning changes and other programming.
