Our Saviors Lutheran Church (OSLC) in Audubon is warning residents of a scam caller, using the church’s phone number in an attempt to con people for money. Several individuals have reported received a call or a text from the church, claiming to the Pastor Dan Beattie and asking for help through the purchases of apple gift cards for someone in need. OSLC wants to make it clear that they are not apart of this and apologize for any inconvenience the calls or texts may have caused. Anyone receiving this text or phone call is asked to contact the Audubon County Sheriff’s department.
