Governor Kim Reynolds will honor fallen firefighters and peace officers who made the ultimate sacrifice next week. Gov. Every year, firefighters who have died in the line of duty are remembered at the national memorial service in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Gov. Our state is eternally grateful.” Flags will be at half-staff on the State Capitol Building and the flag display in the Capitol Complex from sunrise to sunset. Flags on public buildings, grounds, and facilities across the state will also be flown at half-staff. Individuals, businesses, schools, municipalities, and other government subdivisions are encouraged to follow the order for the same length of time. Next Friday, Gov. Reynolds, along with Lt.
