The City of Arcadia has contracted and released the schedule for spraying dates with Clarke Mosquito Management for this summer. Clarke Mosquito Management will be driving around the community, spraying an ultra-fine mist called “adulticides,” that will travel through the air and come in contact with adult mosquitoes in flight. Crews will be spraying in the evening hours on May 21, June 4 and 18, July 2, 16, and 30, August 13 and 27, and the final spray date on be Sept. 10. The scheduled dates may vary slightly, depending on weather and other factors that could affect spraying. Residents are encouraged to follow the City of Arcadia Facebook page for updates.
