Tomorrow (Wednesday) marks the first day absentee voting is available for the upcoming Iowa Primary Election on June 4. Registered voters can visit their county auditor’s office to cast in-person ballots in their respective party’s primary during regular business hours. Monday, May 20, is the deadline to request an absentee ballot to be mailed by election officials, which must be returned to the auditor’s office by the time polls close on June 4. Monday, June 3, is the final day for absentee in-person voting, and then the primaries will be held on Tuesday, June 4.
