MRHC Named Top 20 Critical Access Hospital For Patient Satisfaction

Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) has been named one of the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals for Patient Satisfaction by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA). The award recognizes hospitals with outstanding dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to their patients. MRHC CEO Shannon Black says, “This recognition is a tremendous honor for our entire team at MRHC. Our staff is dedicated to providing exceptional care to each and every patient who walks through our doors, and we are thrilled to be recognized for our commitment to patient satisfaction.” The NRHA Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals are selected based on a comprehensive review conducted by the Chartis Center for Rural Health. The analysis evaluates eight key performance areas, including patient perspective, quality of care, and financial performance. MRHC Chief Quality Officer Jackie Blackwell says, “Being named a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire staff.
