Nominators say Streck, who is an employee of the dietary department, embodies these qualities on a daily basis at the facility. Colleagues praised Streck’s tireless work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to assist staff and patients. Patient testimonials highlight her impact, praising her thoughtfulness and dedication to accommodating patients’ dietary needs. One nominator wrote, “Jacki is one of the hardest working and most dependable people I know. She’s always willing to assist where needed, including picking up open shifts, filling in last minute, and adjusting her schedule to accommodate the department or the needs of MRHC.” Other co-workers add she goes above and beyond to spread positivity.
