St. Anthony Regional Hospital is reminding patients of changes to their finance department, specifically a new location. Effective immediately, the Patient Finance Department has moved from the hospital’s main campus to the St. Anthony Office Building, formerly American Home Shield, at 1524 US Highway 30 E in Carroll. Patients who want in-person service or have questions about their bills can visit this new office. The payment drop box on the hospital’s first floor will remain available for patient use with the addition of a second drop box at the St. Anthony Office Building. The St. Anthony Patient Finance Department can also be reached by phone at 712-794-5507. Several other departments, including Home Health and Hospice, Nest, and H.O.P.E.S, are shifting their offices to the new site after Frontdoor, Inc., American Home Shield’s parent company, donated the building to St. Anthony earlier this year.
