The Carroll Public Library is ready for the 2024 summer reading program to kick off next week. This Monday, the summer events available to kids and adults of all ages begin. Library Director Wendy Johnson says participants can either sign up for the summer reading through the Beanstack App or join in the fun during the kick-off event on Monday at 4 p.m. at the library.
