The Carroll Chamber of Commerce’s popular Live + Local free summer concert series is back for the 2024 season tomorrow (Thursday). From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Depot Park south of Commercial Savings Bank, the Lincon Highway Band out of Altoona will be playing at the event’s new site. Chamber staff invite residents to grab their lawn chairs and coolers and come down to enjoy the evening. Live + Local is a BYOB event, but no glass containers or hard liquors are allowed. Thursday’s Live + Local is sponsored by Carroll Dental Associates, Fusebox Marketing, Commercial Savings Bank, and Kitt Plumbing & Heating Inc. The other dates on the schedule for the 2024 Live + Local summer concerts include June 27 with the Kris Karr Band, July 25 with Hap Hazard, Aug. 22 with Tony Bohnenkamp, and Sept. 19 with Mighty Mayhem.
