Gov. Kim Reynolds announced yesterday (Monday) the appointment of a district judge in Judicial Election District 4. Before becoming an associate judge in 2022, Bothwell served as an attorney with the Iowa Legal Aid Council Bluffs Office and opened her private practice in 2015.
