A groundbreaking ceremony for the City of Manning’s largest home subdivision is scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) morning, kicking off the construction of the first five of potentially 20 new homes. Origin Homes, a custom home building company out of West Des Moines, is the contracting firm that will be completing the Stadium Drive Neighborhood project, which will feature a shared green space with connecting walking trails and an alley-loading two-car garage attached to each two-bedroom, two-bath house. Origin Homes staff will be at the ceremony starting at 10 a.m. at Stadium View Willow Drive, between 10th and 11th Street north of the IKM-Manning High School. Attendees will have a chance to meet the builders, view different custom floor plans, learn about the pocket neighborhood, and more. Again, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Stadium View Drive subdivision will be tomorrow (Friday) morning in Manning starting at 10 a.m.
